Merchant application 

Thank you for your interest in A Christmas Affair!  Applications for our 2025 show are now LIVE and open.  To apply, you will need to enure you have an active merchant profile (links below), pay a $50 application fee and plan to submit samples in advance of March 28.  Applications close on March 17 at 11:59 CST.

Returning A Christmas Affair Prospective Merchants

Login to your account. You will use the same login as in previous years; however, you may need to reset your password due to a recent security upgrade. If you receive an error message when logging in, reset your password using the “Forgot Your Password?” button.  Please do NOT create a new account if you have applied in past years. If you still have trouble accessing your account, contact us at acamerchants@jlaustin.org.

New Prospective Merchants

Create a profile. Once approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. You only need to create a profile ONCE. Once in the system, you will use the same login each year.
