The Junior League of Austin, its partners, and the community have an impressive and beautiful history of bringing warmth to children and families in our community. 

2023 Coats for Kids Impact

• 30,963 coats donated and distributed
  • 10,025 coats were collected through our coat drive competition
• 51 Committee members and 15 sub-committees
• 1,805 Community volunteers donated 5,415 hours
• 220 Organizations participated in the coat drive competition and collected 10,025 coats
• 14,100 Dental kits donated by St. David’s Foundation were distributed with coats
• 14,179 Coats were distributed to 185 schools throughout the Austin Area, including:
  • 17 Del Valle ISD schools
  • 104 Austin ISD schools
  • 35 Pflugerville ISD schools
  • 29 Charter schools
• 78 Community organizations received 16,784 coats for their program participants
